Object description

Chaeronea is a village and a former municipality in Boeotia, Greece, located about 80 kilometers east of Delphi. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Livadeia, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 111.445 km, the community 26.995 km. Population 1,382 . It is located by the mountain Thourion and in the Kifisós river valley, NW of Thebes.
