Hannick is a family owned property company established in 1979, specialising in building small and medium sized residential, commercial and industrial developments within Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. We also work in partnership with landowners throughout the South of England and Wales on the strategic promotion of their land.

Our projects range from 5 dwellings in village locations through to 2,500 dwellings on large urban extensions.  Although our focus is on residential land, we also promote land for commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare uses.

At Hannick we have a dedicated land team consisting of both development surveyors and planners. We have a comprehensive knowledge of land promotion and development, and have a long track record of securing planning consents and maximising the return for landowners.
