Arayik Vladimiri Harutyunyan (Armenian: Արայիկ Վլադիմիրի Հարությունյան ; born 14 December 1973) is the incumbent President of Artsakh since 2020. He was formerly the State Minister from 2017 to 2018 and Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh. He was the last Prime Minister of the country before the office of Prime Minister was abolished in 2017.
