Russia

The country is home to several world-famous museums and landmarks, including the Hermitage Museum, the Bolshoi Theatre, and St. Basil's Cathedral. St. Basil's Cathedral

Located in Moscow's Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral is an architectural icon known for its colorful, onion-shaped domes. It symbolizes Russia's architectural and historical heritage.

Borscht

Borscht is a traditional Russian beet soup, often served with sour cream. It represents the country's culinary traditions.

Troika

A troika is a traditional Russian sleigh drawn by three horses. It symbolizes Russian winter culture and transportation heritage.

Fabergé Eggs

Fabergé eggs are intricately decorated, jeweled eggs created by the House of Fabergé. They represent the opulence and artistry of Imperial Russia.

The Russian Bear

The Russian bear is a national symbol representing strength and resilience. It is often used in cultural and political contexts to symbolize Russia itself.




The national anthem of Russia is called "Gosudarstvennyy Gimn Rossiyskoy Federatsii," which translates to "State Anthem of the Russian Federation" in English. The current version of the anthem was adopted in 2000, replacing the Soviet-era anthem.

The lyrics of the anthem were written by Sergey Mikhalkov and the music was composed by Alexander Alexandrov. The anthem is typically played on official state occasions, as well as at the beginning and end of radio and television broadcasts.
