Object description

The Queen Street RUC Station was a Royal Ulster Constabulary station in Belfast, Northern Ireland, from 1933 to 2000. Before that, it was used as the main premises of the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children from 1878 to 1932. It has been effectively abandoned since 2000 and is visibly deteriorating. The building was granted listed status in 1979.
