PRE-PURCHASE SURVEYS

Bloom offer pre-purchase surveys to help understand the opportunity, defects and risks that may be present in your potential new buy.

We visit the property before you purchase it, either with you or with the agent and check for; damp, structural movement, knotweed, defective roofing, glazing, mould, wiring, plumbing, asbestos and drainage issues etc. Basically everything that would be good to know before you buy.
